Our story
Skincare has been part of my life for a long time. For many years I ran The Body Shop in Horsham and Hove, and some of my favourite moments were simply chatting with customers — helping someone find a cream that finally soothed their skin, or a little gift that made someone smile.
In January 2025, our Swan Walk shop transformed into The Natural Body Co. Being independent means I can choose every product myself — lovely Korean skincare, kind natural bath and body care, and, close to my heart, brands made by small local makers right here in Sussex.
The shop is still the same warm, welcoming place it's always been. Whether you're looking for expert advice, a treat for yourself or a gift for someone special, we're always happy to help.

Enjoy a relaxing evening with your friends, discovering the world of Korean skincare. For groups of 10 to 15, with refreshments, the shop is yours after hours for a personal showing of our Korean ranges and individual skincare consultations, so everyone leaves knowing exactly what suits their skin.
