What we collect

If you send us an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you give it) and your message.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you and help with your enquiry, for example a product question, a gift, a consultation or a skincare evening. We'll never add you to a mailing list without asking first.

Who else sees it

Nobody else. When you press "Send enquiry", your own email app opens with your message ready to send, and it comes straight to our inbox, which is looked after by our email provider. Our website host, Netlify, doesn't receive or store your details. We never sell or share them.

How long we keep it

Up to 12 months after we last hear from you, then we delete it.

Cookies

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Videos on this site are shown as simple thumbnails, and nothing is loaded from social media until you press play. If you do, Instagram or TikTok may then use their own cookies, as described in their own privacy notices.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Just email or call us.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
